Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions; fluff when done.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush sweet chili sauce on both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- In a skillet, sauté bell peppers over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
