- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Evenly pour sweetened condensed milk over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the condensed milk layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top while still warm. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
