Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth and mix in melted butter.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually combine with the banana mixture.
- Knead dough gently on a floured surface until soft. Roll out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread softened butter on the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and more cinnamon.
- Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
