Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit until bubbly (about 5 minutes).
  2. Gradually mix in flour and salt, followed by the egg. Knead until smooth (5-7 minutes).
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
  4. Mix melted butter with sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle (1/4 inch thick). Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll tightly.
  6. Cut into equal pieces (1-2 inches thick) and place in a greased baking dish to rise for another 30 minutes.
