  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 4 oz high-quality ginger beer
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Juice the blood oranges and lime to obtain the required juices.
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine blood orange juice, lime juice, and tequila. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and strain the mixture into it.
  4. Top with ginger beer and gently stir to combine.
