- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange halved cherry tomatoes cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the tomatoes for 20-25 minutes until blistered and caramelized.
