Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (about 7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Gently fold in chopped lobster meat, then combine with the cooked pasta.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
