  • 2 tsp espresso powder

  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft; cool on wire rack.
