- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos (about 12–15 cookies)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Bake the Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheets, leaving space between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft. Let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra Oreo flavor, press additional crushed Oreo pieces on top of the cookies before baking.
