Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos (about 1215 cookies)

 


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  3. Bake the Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheets, leaving space between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft. Let cool on a wire rack.

 

Notes

  • For extra Oreo flavor, press additional crushed Oreo pieces on top of the cookies before baking.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • These cookies freeze well—store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
