Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed candy canes (reserve some for garnish)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust

 


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Mix Base: Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and 1 1/2 cups of crushed candy canes.
  3. Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly into the cookie crust.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle reserved crushed candy canes on top before serving.

 

Notes
