Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream and remaining sugar until combined.
