  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream and remaining sugar until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating gently after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth it out. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
