  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (100% pure)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Prepare mini muffin tins with paper liners.
  2. Melt half of the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg until creamy.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate into each liner to cover the bottom, then add a dollop of the pumpkin filling and top with more melted chocolate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until firm.
