- 4 tbsp cinnamon sugar (mix of sugar and ground cinnamon)
- 2 eggs π₯
- 1/4 cup milk π₯
For Topping:
- 2 tbsp melted butter π§
- Additional cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Roll-Ups: Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up tightly.
- Make the Coating: Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip each roll-up in the mixture, ensuring itβs evenly coated.
- Cook the Roll-Ups: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and cook roll-ups, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes).
- Finish & Serve: Brush cooked roll-ups with melted butter and roll them in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with syrup or fresh fruit!

- Substitute cream cheese with Nutella or peanut butter for a fun twist.
