Description

Indulge in the rich flavors of this coffee tiramisu cake, where layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers meet creamy mascarpone for a decadent dessert that delights at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in cooled coffee, layer them in a dish, and spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
  5. Dust cocoa powder over the top layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
