- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in cooled coffee, layer them in a dish, and spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone.
- Dust cocoa powder over the top layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
