Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
