Description

  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (smooth)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Fresh rosemary (optional), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Place a piece of brie in the center of each square and top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the corners over the filling to create pockets and pinch them closed securely.
