- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole-berry)
- 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
- Meanwhile, whisk together cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat until combined.
- Toss baked meatballs in the glaze and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Serve hot on a platter, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
