  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into 3-inch squares.
