Instructions

- Wrap each strip around horn molds, overlapping slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before removing from molds.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla while whipping to stiff peaks.
- Fill cooled horns using a piping bag. Drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
