Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry to fit a tart pan, trimming excess.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped kale, cooking until wilted (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine sautéed kale with goat cheese, heavy cream, and lemon zest. Mix well and spoon into the pastry shell.
- Fry capers in olive oil until golden brown (2-3 minutes), then scatter over the tart filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
