- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups short pasta (optional, such as penne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté diced onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic; cook for another minute.
