- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 🌿
- 1 tsp chili powder & cumin 🌶️
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 🧀
Instructions
- Prep: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Layer Ingredients: Add tomatoes, beans, corn, spices, and ranch mix.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred & Creamify: Shred the chicken, stir in cream cheese, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with shredded cheese, cilantro, or tortilla chips and enjoy! 🌟
Notes
- Make it spicier by adding diced jalapeños 🌶️.
