  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the White Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.
    • Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form.
    • Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Toppings:
    • Sauté mushrooms in a skillet until lightly browned. Set aside.
    • Wash and pat dry the spinach leaves.
  3. Assemble the Pizza:
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Spread the white sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
    • Layer with spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and black olives. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
    • Add red chili flakes for a hint of heat (optional).
  4. Bake the Pizza:
    • Place the pizza on a baking sheet or stone and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
