- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the White Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form.
- Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the Toppings:
- Sauté mushrooms in a skillet until lightly browned. Set aside.
- Wash and pat dry the spinach leaves.
- Assemble the Pizza:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the white sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Layer with spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and black olives. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add red chili flakes for a hint of heat (optional).
- Bake the Pizza:
- Place the pizza on a baking sheet or stone and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
