  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
