  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between two plates with a weight for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes (approximately 1 inch).
  3. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add tofu and toss to coat.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again for an even coating.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place tofu in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Transfer cooked tofu back to the bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
