Instructions

  1. Clean the shrimp thoroughly, removing shells and deveining if necessary. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in ice-cold water until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
