  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups Doritos (any flavor)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Doritos in a zip-top bag until they are fine crumbs.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into squares, approximately 3 inches wide.
  5. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, cheese, and your choice of toppings in the center of each square.
  6. Fold and seal the edges tightly to form rolls. Brush each roll with egg wash.
  7. Roll the sealed pizza rolls in the crushed Doritos until fully coated.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
