- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (for filling)
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: Mix softened cream cheese with 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Spread a thin layer on half of the crackers and top with remaining crackers to create sandwiches.
- Coat Bites: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, remaining Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Dip each cracker sandwich in the butter mixture to coat.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place coated crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For extra crunch, bake a minute longer, but keep a close eye to prevent burning.
