Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) high-quality tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed (optional)

Instructions
