- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp capers, rinsed (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: chop parsley, finely dice onions, and halve cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine drained tuna with diced onions and halved tomatoes. Gently break up the tuna.
- Add chopped parsley along with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture and drizzle with olive oil; stir to combine without mashing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
