For the Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef 🍔
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 🧅
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 small cubes of cheddar cheese 🧀
For the Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
For the Topping:
- 2 tbsp melted butter 🧈
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional) 🌿
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
- Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube of cheese in the center. Fold the edges over and seal tightly.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve warm. Perfect with a side of marinara or ranch for dipping!
