Scale

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef 🍔
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 🧅
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 small cubes of cheddar cheese 🧀

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube of cheese in the center. Fold the edges over and seal tightly.
