- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix Together: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in pecans.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
