Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Cream softened butter until smooth; gradually add sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time; stir in milk and vanilla.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Spoon batter into muffin pan about 2/3 full and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
