Description

Easter Bunny Pancakes are a playful and delicious way to celebrate spring mornings with family. Fluffy and fun, these pancakes are sure to bring smiles to your breakfast table.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk (whole or almond)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; use extra batter to create bunny ears.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
