Description

Easter Chocolate Lasagna is a luscious, no-bake dessert with creamy layers of chocolate pudding and cream cheese on a crunchy cookie crust. It’s the ultimate crowd-pleaser for holiday celebrations!


Ingredients

  • Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped topping
  • Chocolate pudding mix
  • Milk
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  3. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust, followed by prepared chocolate pudding mixed with milk.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping, smoothing it out evenly. Garnish with chocolate shavings or colorful sprinkles.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
