Description

This festive dessert features a creamy blend of rich cream cheese and colorful chocolate eggs, making it the perfect centerpiece for your spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate eggs (Cadbury or similar)
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, mixing until creamy.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream; mix until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in chopped chocolate eggs carefully.
  7. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  8. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour, then refrigerate overnight before serving.
