- 1 cup sour cream

- 6 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, mixing until creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream; mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in chopped chocolate eggs carefully.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour, then refrigerate overnight before serving.
