  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean surface. Finely chop parsley and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
  3. Add eggs to the mixture and mix until combined; it should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  4. With damp hands, form the mixture into patties about 2 inches wide.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for five minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place rissoles in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
