Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together shredded coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
