- 8 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
For the Glaze:
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Slider Base:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the Fillings:
- Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the buns. Top with crumbled sausage, then sprinkle both cheeses evenly. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
- Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
- Bake the Sliders:
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
