  • 12 slider buns (e.g., Hawaiian rolls)
  • 8 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

For the Glaze:

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slider Base:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  2. Layer the Fillings:
    • Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the buns. Top with crumbled sausage, then sprinkle both cheeses evenly. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  3. Make the Glaze:
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
  4. Bake the Sliders:
    • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve:
    • Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
