Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
