- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste

Instructions
