Instructions

  2. Make the Dough: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
  3. Shape the Cookies: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
