  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened) or 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (whisked)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and preheating oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
  3. Take one Dorito, spoon cheese mixture onto it, and top with another Dorito. Press gently to seal.
