Ingredients

  • 1 cup red wine (fruity variety)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the strawberries and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped fruits, red wine, orange juice, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  4. Top each mold with lemon-lime soda for added fizz.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of each mold to release the pops.
