- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp salted butter (divided)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the meatballs until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute before stirring in heavy cream and simmering gently.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with garlic butter sauce.
- Gently fold meatballs into the pasta and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
