  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

  4. Add the drained noodles to the pan with reserved pasta water as needed, tossing until well coated in the sauce.
