  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, rice flour, and gochujang until evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower wings on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While baking, whisk together soy sauce and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  5. Once wings are done, toss them in the sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the glaze.
