- Fill each cupcake liner with about one tablespoon of batter, add half a teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center, then top with more batter until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat softened butter with powdered sugar and milk until fluffy; gradually add red food coloring until desired hue is reached.
