  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and remaining butterscotch sauce until stiff peaks form.
