- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage (chopped)

- 3 ripe pears (Bartlett or Anjou), cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
