  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with chopped spinach and artichokes, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
